All claims must be accompanied by a filled-out COMPLAINT FORM.

Goods in their original condition may be fully returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
Goods in their original condition may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Parcels shall be sent by REGISTERED MAIL and not paid on delivery.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions, the Seller shall not be liable for defects arising as a result of the following: mechanical damage, unavoidable event (natural disaster, improper treatment), use contrary to the instructions for use and the usual conditions of use, in special cases, depending on the nature of the goods, the intervention of unauthorised person, including the user, or other unprofessional intervention, use of goods in conditions not corresponding in moisture, chemical and mechanical effects to the natural environment of the items, neglect of care and maintenance of goods, damage to goods caused by excessive weight, use of goods contrary to the conditions specified in the documentation, general guidelines or safety regulations or other breach of the guarantee conditions.
